It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Alfred White of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Isaac White and Clarice Alma Surratt White; his wife Doris Lee Horton White; and his sister Alice Marie Stout. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces.
