He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Toothaker and Blanche Toothaker. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Toothaker; and his sons, Lee Toothaker and Michael Toothaker. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren Several beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
He fought a fierce battle with Alzheimer's with the same sweet spirit and grace in which he lived.
