It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Keith Stuart of Pulaski, Virginia, born in Speedwell, Virginia, who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Ray Stuart of Roanoke and Willie Walters Stuart Hale of Wytheville; and his stepfather William Russell Hale of Wytheville. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Tiffany Millis (Tanner Millis); his stepmother Carol Jarvis Stuart of Roanoke; and his sisters, Karen Stuart Goode (Jay) and Jennifer Stuart Grissom.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grubb Funeral Home (215 S 6th St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
