He was predeceased by: his parents, Harman Albert Webb and Lafayette Munsey Dowdy; his daughter Karen Duncan; his brother Douglas Webb; his stepbrother Lee Mayhugh; and his sister Mildred Radcliffe.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Webb; his children, Sharon Flesher (Dublin), Teresa Webb (Pulaski), Angela Parks (Pulaski) and Robert Reed (Pulaski); his grandchildren, Christy Duncan, Jason Duncan, Eric Duncan, Jared Flesher, Joseph Flesher, Travis Flesher, Justin Flesher of Brandon Webb, T. W, Quesenberry, Houston Webb, Tabby Parks and Wayne Reed; and his siblings, Kathy Goins, Wanda Farley, Gene Mayhugh and Lynchburg of Deane Mayhugh.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (5555 Lee Hwy, Dublin, VA 24084).
