She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Frealing Peak and Reathie Gravely Peak; her husband Leonard Edward "Buckskin" Dean; and her siblings, Maggie Ryan, Armeda Cressell, Phyllis Dean, Freda Hodge and Kerney Peak.

She is survived by: her children, Alice Marie Cook (Lonnie), Brenda Richardson (Junior), Mary Lou Jackson (Matthew), Pulaski Co and Leonard "Wink" Dean; and her siblings, Joyce Dean (Pulaski) and Alfred Peak (Helen).
