With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaynelle Spangler of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Esther Guynn Covey of Virginia and Arlie W. Covey; her husband David B. Spangler; and her siblings, Oakley Covey and Joyce Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Marc Bishop (Nancy) of Pulaski and Brian Bishop (Kelly) of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bishop (Beth), Emily Bishop, Caroline Bishop and Hunter Bishop; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Bishop and Mackenzie Bishop.
In lieu of flowers, expressions may be made in the form of donations to Max Creek Baptist Church.
