She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanders Edgar Ratcliffe and Carrie Dalton McCraw; her husband Kerney Lee Peak; her son Sanders Gray Rigney; her siblings, Louise Burton, Virginia Collins, Dreama Hancock, Ray Kevin Ratcliffe, Toby Andrew Ratcliffe, Sanders Preston Ratcliffe, Tommy Eugene Ratcliffe, Roger Dale Ratcliffe and William Edgar Ratcliffe; and her great grandchild Lucas Woodyard.
She is survived by: her children, William Cecil Rigney, Jr. (Treasa), Draper, Lorrie Williams (Jamie) and Pulaski; and her grandchildren, Amber Quinn (Brandon), William Cecil Rigney III (Karly), Amanda Woodyard, Jessica Williams and Dominic Williams.
