He is survived by: his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Heather Phillips; his daughter Kyndra Phillips; his son-in-law Joe Kessinger; his grandchildren, Avery Jane Phillips, Austin Clyburn, Skylar Kessinger and Joshua Kessinger; his brother Jeff; his sister-in-law Melissa Phillips; and his sisters, Linda Carol Cressell and Joy (Roy Bowden). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
