We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2021, at the age of 76, Elizabeth Ann Redd of Pulaski, Virginia, born in Allisonia, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard "Bud" Redd and Lucy Jane Butler Redd; her husband Oliva "Ollie" William Peoples, Sr.; her children, Gloria Peoples, Abby Singleton Peoples and Rose Marie Leeper; and her siblings, Shelva Parks, Joseph Redd, Richard "Dickie" Redd and William Thomas Redd.

She is survived by: her sons, Oliva William Peoples, Jr., Richmond and Douglas Wayne Peoples (Faith); her grandchildren, Amanda Peoples, Lawrence Osborne, John Singleton, Chris Singleton, Iman Peoples, Indigo Peoples and Austin Leeper; her great grandchild Alexandria Osborne; and her siblings, Madeline Howard, Mary Brooks, Edith Boysaw (Anthony), Charlotte Montgomery (Jerry), Kathy Williams, Pembroke and Brenda Redd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
