He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Bryant and Ardella Boyd Duncan; his wife Barbara Knepper Duncan; and his siblings, Bobby Lee Duncan and Sara Mae Troxel.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Lee Correll; his brother-in-law Douglas Martin; his nieces and nephews, Perry Martin (Christina), David Martin (Kala), Jeremiah Correll, Matthew Correll, Bryton Sayers, Peyton Sowers, Rachael Campbell and Cynthia Troxel; his close friend Leisa Palmer; and also Seth Palmer. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church (6900 Pulaski Ave, Fairlawn, VA 24141). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
