He is survived by: his wife Patty Burton Umberger; his children, Douglas Chaffin Umberger, Jr. (Lori) and Vickie Sue Umberger Clark (Bruce); his grandchildren, Amber Noel Umberger Cadiero (Aaron) of Bedford, Adriel Renae Reed, Ashley Nicole Reed of Snowville and Tyler Clark; and his great grandchild Olivia Grace Clark.
