She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Shockley Phibbs and Douglas James Phibbs; her husband Ray Monroe Eads; and her brothers, Larry Phibbs and Jack Phibbs.
She is survived by: her children, Hope Dalton (Mark) of Pulaski and Kenneth Eads (Tammy) of Pulaski; her brother Jim Phibbs (Gayle) of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Bryson Dalton of Pulaski and Morgen Dalton of Pulaski; and her close friend Nora Hopkins of Pulaski.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Church (4008 Robinson Tract Rd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
