She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Millirons and Walter Vance Millirons; and her siblings, Mason Vance Millirons, Thomas Millirons and Dolly M. Banes.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rhea Phipps of Little Creek; and her sister Delphine Banes of Little Creek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
