He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine Larraine Perok Mitchell; his brother Curt Mitchell; and his cousin Jake Gillon. He is survived by: his former wife Melissa Mitchell of Radford; his children, Jordan Mitchell of Pittsburgh, Penn. and Brittany Mitchell of Pulaski; his stepmother Suzanne Mitchell of West Newton, Penn.; his granddaughter Amber Dalton; and his siblings, Rick Mitchell, Stephanie Bindi, Debra Mitchell, Karen Walt, Michelle Walt and Traci Delap. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
