She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Betty Jo Reynolds Spence; her husband Thomas Farris; her daughter Crystal Dawn Miller; her sisters, Doris Spence and Diane Spence; her children, Betty Jo Miller, Cindy Warden, Dorothy Warden, Tommy Miller and Kenny Warden; her grandchildren, Collen, Jacklyn, Journey, Ashley, Levi, Hunter, Mathew, Jordan, Justice, Belle, Adeleyn, Keyton and Joshua; her father Vestal Bruce Spence, Sr.; and her siblings, Daniel Spence, Bruce Spence, Jamie Spence, Denise Amos and Darlene Spence. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
