He was predeceased by: his parents, Armstead Jeter and Doris Jeter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jeter; his son David M. Jeter; and his stepson Eric Webb. He is also survived by 11 brothers 4, sisters, his mother in-law, sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
