He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Alvin Breedlove of Pulaski and Goldie Madison Breedlove of Pulaski; his wife Marta Owens Breedlove; his children, David, Jr., Rebecca Keesee and Catherine Susewind; his grandchildren, Heather Cotter, Holly Guin and Michelle Ploch; his great grandchildren, Ava, Adrianna, Kirk Guin, Hannah, Hailey and Emma Cotter; and his siblings, Daniel, Anita Hnarakis, William, Lewis and Ronnie. He is also survived by husband and father.
