She is survived by: her children, Fred Michael Southard of Pulaski and Clair Ann Novakoski of Newbern; and her siblings, Rose Alice Conklin and Amzie Neilsen of Penn. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
