He is survived by: his wife Jewelline Ridenour Letner (Jewel) of Citizen's Action Team; his children, Carl Vernon Letner, Jr. and Deborah Jean Letner; his grandchildren, Bradley Carl Fisher, Stephanie Allison Dolan and Catherine Louise Letner; and his great grandchild Gabriel Raziel Snook. He is also survived by his family and friends.
