He is survived by: his wife Glenda Powers (Taylor); his son Billy C. Powers Jr. (Leesa); his brother Randy Powers (Sherry); his grandchildren, Michelle Crisp (Mark) and Brandon Tyler Powers (Ashley Heaps); his great grandchildren, Lucas Crisp, Amelia and Asher Powers; his niece Amy; and his great-nieces, Lydia and Emma Blizzard.
