He is survived by: his parents, David Martin Francis and Linda Ann Moore; his wife Pamela Lynn Francis; his siblings, Daniel David Francis and Cheri Lynn Francis; his daughter Rachel Marie Engel; his son-in-law Frank Edward Engel; his grandchildren, Grace Lillian Engel and Nicholas Timothy Engel; his brother-in-law William Alan Detar; and his mother-in-law Martha Jean Detar. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
