He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Adams Moore and Ethlyn Massey Moore; and his sisters, Dorothea "Dot" Moore and Edna Moore Hill (Stan). He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore; his brother Kenneth "Ken" Moore; his children, Karen Binion (William "Billy") and Jeffrey Moore (Rosel); his grandchildren, Molly Binion Eisenback (Justin), Billy Binion, Tyler Moore and Kaitlyn Moore; his great grandchild Olivia Eisenback; and his caregivers, Kenny, Robin, Phyllis, Nora, Claudia, Sasha and Ginny.
They kept him as comfortable as possible as his body gave out from the effects of Parkinson's. We also believe he could not face a rematch of Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
