He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Lester Oliver Sr. and Shirley Mae Hood. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Candy" Oliver; his sister Denise Bigger; his son William Oliver; his daughter-in-law Ann McRae; his grandchildren, Collin, Cameron and Caroline; his niece Rhonda Armstrong; and also, Robert McRae and Melissa McRae. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins; and many devoted friends.
