He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Heather), Leah (John), Tiffany (Jamie) and Samantha; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hailee, John, Jonah, Layla, Conner and Landen; his brother Jody; his nephew Logan; and his brother Shawn Adkins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
