He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Oliver (Megan); his stepson Brett (Kirsten); his grandchildren, Ophelia, Elin, Welles and Sigrid; his brothers, Greg (Jean) and Larry (Carol); his brother-in-law Mike; and his nephews, Scott, Keith and Christopher.
