She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Bubba" Parsley. She is survived by: her children, Brian Parsley (Patricia), Glenn Parsley (Athena), James Parsley, Jeanette Otey (Matt) and Jacqueline Hula (Mickey). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and her loving dog.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heritage Public Library, 7791 Invicta Ln.
