He is survived by: his children, Joseph Madison Fulcher of Prospect and Ann Fulcher Simmons (Rick) of Pamplin; his siblings, Henry Fulcher (Joyce) of Farmville, David Fulcher of Dillwyn, Mary Pearl Fulcher of Farmville, May F. Fulcher of Farmville, Elsie St. John of Richmond, Marie Garrett of Dillwyn, Nancy LeSueur of Ruffin, NC and Betty Fulcher of Lynchburg; his grandsons, Ben Fulcher (Angela) of Cumberland County and Jake Fulcher of Cumberland County; and his great grandchildren, Kristen, Kayla, Lauren and Chance. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
