We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 95, William Charles Banze of Prince George, Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Gisela Banze. He is survived by: his children, Barbara (Edward Roettger) and William, Jr. (Laura Carr); his grandchildren, David (Elizabeth) and Katherine (Ross Staples); and his great grandchild Hazel.

Due to Covid, there will be a private burial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, Petersburg, Virginia.
