It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Jackson Wootten (Prince George, Virginia), born in Appomattox, Virginia, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis P. Wootten and Carrie J. Wootten; his wife Alice Wootten; his siblings, Bernard, Marvin, Hunter, Sallie and Thelma; and his stepson Bruce Brockwell.
He is survived by: his brother Wilson Wooten (Nancy); his stepchildren, Judy Brockwell (Russell) and Lawrence Brockwell, Jr. (Kathy); his stepgranddaughter Courtney Brockwell; and his daughter Robin Stoner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his three cats.
