Burke (Zak), Anthony Martinez (Isabel), Jessica Martinez, Jesse Martinez and Michael Martinez; and his siblings, Jimmy Meadows, William Eugene Meadows, Jr., Lisa Rusnak (Elzie) and Julie Mayhew (Philip). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
