She is survived by: her husband Randall Keith Carter; her daughters, Heather Dawn Adkins and April Joy Kegley (Wayne); her grandsons, Dylan Kegley, Bryce Kegley and Benjamin Adkins; and her siblings, Barbara Skeens (Glenn), Anne Wilkerson (Glenn) and David Lipchak (Margaret). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
