He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sale and Nettie Sale (Pease); and his wife Janice Sale (Allison). He is survived by: his sister Lucy Sale Horenstein; his brother-in-law Dr. Martin Horenstein; his niece Sharon Morak (Horenstein); and his great-niece Rachel Morak. He is also survived by aunts and many cousins.
