He was predeceased by: his father Paul W. Cerny, Sr.; and his son Paul "Tripp" W. Cerny, III. He is survived by: his mother Emily Cerny; his wife Tammy Cerny; his daughter Kristen Pugh (Ford); his daughter-in-law Michelle Cerny-Harner; his granddaughters, Maclay Cerny, Rylee Pugh and Ainslee Pugh; and his sisters, Mary Finney (Pat), Joyce Specter and Jackie O'Hare. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
