She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Spain and Catherine Spain; her brother Johnny Spain; and her husband Larry Adams. She is survived by: her children, Terry Long (Mary Ruth), Tammy Day (Tim) and Shelly Ezell (Shawn); her grandchildren, Catherine Brandeberry (Jared), Kayleigh Whitley (Michael), Taylor Ramsey (Kim), Parker Ramsey (Claire), Taylor Day (Erin) and Reganne Ezell; and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Lexi, Emma, McKenzie, Madison, Mikayla, Annabelle, Rylan, Nolan and Whitley.
