He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Bertha Jackson and Thelma Williams; his wife Diane Dillard; his aunts, Lelia Jones (Howard) of Richmond, Doris Carter of Richmond, Inell Westbrook of Richmond and Irene Westbrook; his uncle Deacon Willie Westbrook (Essie); his siblings, Starr Gilliam of Petersburg, Wanda Patterson of Petersburg, Edith Smith (Andre) of Petersburg, Melba Mason of Skippers, Pennie Brown, Valencia Tuell (Roderick), Rhonda Dillard of Newport News, Fantazia Dillard of North Carolina, Kelvin Dillard (Regina), Prince George, James Dillard (Elaine) and William Dillard; his siblings-in-law, Bettie Neverson (Earl) of Petersburg, Ida Scott (Clarence) of Petersburg, Rose Jones (Herman), Susie Dillard, Jeryline Dillard, Prince George, James Cole of Petersburg, William Henry Cole of Petersburg, Benjamin Cole of Petersburg and Christopher Cole (Jacqulen) of Petersburg; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Raigns, Anthony Dillard, Derrielle Dillard, Christine and Christopher Scott.
