He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Freeman and Marie Seldon Freeman; and his sister June Freeman Turner. He is survived by: his wife Shirley T. Freeman; his children, David and Annette Freeman; his daughter-in-law Pamela Freeman; his grandchildren, Quacey Freeman and Gabrielle Harry-Vonsavaugh; his brother Raymond H. Freeman; his brother-in-law Clarence Turner (Alice); his niece Hollee Freeman; his nephews, Dwight and Michael Turner; and his great-niece Danielle Marie Freeman-Jefferson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
