He was predeceased by: his wife Deloris; and his sisters, Fannie Mae Baker, Annie Lee Fennie and Johnnie Mae Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Finnie (Latoya) of Prince George, Terrace Carter of Petersburg and Nathaniel Cox of Fredericksburg; his brothers, Tony Fennie of Texas, James Fennie of Michigan and Jerry Fennie of Florida; his grandchildren, Travis Finnie (Sharniece), Anthony Finnie, Marcus Finnie, Terrace Finnie, Joshua Pettiford, Nathaniel Cox, Jr. and Evan Cox; and his friend Irene Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
