It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Johnson of Prince George, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Johnson and Estelle Spain Crumpler; and his friend Billy Sheely Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Sheely Johnson and Ashley Machree Johnson (Darren DeSoi); his grandson William Sheely Nix; and his close friends, Terry McGowan and Laurie Michel.
