She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Harvell and Mary Hill Harvell; her siblings, Carrie Harvell-Parham, Annie R. Harvell Truly-Logan, William Harvell, Frank Harvell and James Harvell; and her nephews, Charles Parham, Jr., Jerome Parham and Mollivell Parham.

She is survived by: her nephews, Steve R. Truly (Angela) and Willie Al Logan; her niece Debbie Harvell Baugh; her cousin Robert Whitfield; and her great-niece Leticia Carter-Prise (James). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
