He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Booth Jr. and Joyce Ann Booth; and his nephew David Michael McKinney. He is survived by: his wife Penny Booth; his daughters, Angela Croft (Rob) and Megan Inge (David); his grandchildren, Zachery, Joshua, Tyler Croft and Charlotte Inge; and his siblings, Judy Taylor (Troy), William Booth (Linda), David Booth Sr. (Sheri) and Daniel Booth (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews.
