She was predeceased by: her parents, James Otis McDaniel and Ruth Jarrell McDaniel; her husband William Rea Smith; and her sister Betty M. Brown. She is survived by: her son James William Smith (Michelle) of Graves Mill; her grandsons, William Bradley Smith (Shiloh) and James Kyle Smith; and her great grandchildren, Austin Bascom, Aurora Smith, Autumn Smith and Harper Smith.
