She was predeceased by: her parents, Welford Wilcox and Elizabeth Wilcox; and her husband William "Bill" Tutor. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Sweeney of Gordonsville, Gary Edward Wilcox of London England and Richard Tutor (Teresa) of Alabama; and her siblings, Clifford Wilcox, David Wilcox and Jean Norman of England. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
