He is survived by: his wife Georgia Ruth Small; his children, Ann "Satya" Harvey of Alta, CA, Elsa Harvey Ervine (Marshall) of North Chesterfield and William Daniel "Danny" Harvey (Mary) of Midlothian; his sister Ann Harvey Keith of Kingsport, TN; and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth "Buffy" Harvey of Powhatan. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
