She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Lee and Reba Paxton Crum; her husband Robert J. Musgrove; her granddaughter Katie Grey Hamrick; and her great grandchild Farrah Grey Cook.

She is survived by: her children, James Meadows of Forest and Kathy Burley (Mike) of Powhatan; and her grandchildren, Christopher Burley (Suzanne) of Melbourne, FL, Sarah B. Black (Samuel) of Kennesaw, GA, Joseph Meadows of Bedford and Pearl Zobel of Bedford. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
