She is survived by: her children, Deborah Salyer, Darby Spain (Rusty), Jamie Hess (Lesa), George Hess and Amy Tooley (Todd); and her grandchildren, Joshua Spain, Thomas Hodges, Matthew Spain, Lydia Hodges and James Hess. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
