He is survived by: his siblings, Ruby Gail Mullins, Dema McPeak, Cathy Sue Mullins, Marsha Bailey, Ella Swinney, Blake Mullins, Patrick Mullins, Cedan Mullins and Timothy Mullins; his children, Kristy Mullins, Tony E. Mullins, II, James William Mullins and Jarrett Anthony Mullins; his grandchildren, Dylan, Havens, Brayden James Mullins Lowder, Jacob Mullins, Joshua Mullins and Olive Kronz; and his daughter Savannah Marie Mullins.
