He is survived by: his wife Ella Blevins; his children, Tommy Blevins Jr., Sarah Cook (Ben) and Marsha DeLeon (Andrew); his grandchildren, Magnolia Cook, Audrey DeLeon, Killian Cook and Adalynn DeLeon; and his siblings, Jimmy Blevins (Shirley), Bill Blevins (Debbie), Bobby Blevins, Ellen Poore (Eddie) and Nancy Lloyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
