She is survived by: her husband Tim "Timmy" Johnson; her daughter Shannon Johnson; her parents, James "Buzz" Butler and Janet Butler; her siblings, Jennifer Butler, Stephan Butler (Kim) and Justin Butler; her mother-in-law Nancy Johnson; and her sister-in-law Janette Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
