He is survived by: his wife Donna Carter; his sons, Jason Carter, Mark Carter and Steven Carter (Ashley); his granddaughters, Ava and Emma Carter; his mother Wilma Rose Carter; and his siblings, William Clay Carter and Katherine Rose Harrell.
Interment to be held in the Amelia Veterans Cemetery directly following the service. Due to COVID Restrictions the family understands if friends and loved ones are unable to attend this service.
