It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Carty Stevens of Powhatan, Virginia, who passed away on October 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Carty Stevens to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Renee Stevens; his children, Sean Stevens, Leslie Lelik (Jeffrey) and Erica Stevens; and his sister Teresa McClellan (Hampton). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
